BIBA Goa Discount Voucher (Krishna Navratri Mahotsav 2025)

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Valid only for PASS holders of Krishna Navratri Mahotsav 2025 (22nd Sept – 1st Oct 2025, S.G.P.D.A Ground, Margao).

  • One voucher per valid PASS. Multiple vouchers cannot be combined for a single transaction.

2. Redemption

  • Redeemable only at BIBA exclusive store: Ground Floor, Golden Chariot Building, Bypass Highway, Opp. Bank of Maharashtra, Gogol, Margao, Goa.

  • Voucher must be redeemed on or before 15th October 2025.

  • PASS must be presented physically at the time of billing.

3. Usage Rules

  • Valid on a minimum purchase of ₹3,999 and above.

  • Cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, sale items, or loyalty programs.

  • Must be used in a single transaction; any remaining balance will not be carried forward or refunded.

4. Exclusions

  • Not valid on gift cards, e-gift vouchers, or special collaborations.

5. Transferability

  • Non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

  • Resale of the voucher will render it invalid.

6. Validity & Authenticity

  • Damaged, torn, defaced, photocopied, or altered PASS will not be accepted.

  • Lost or stolen PASS will not be reissued or replaced.

7. Organiser & Brand Rights

  • Krishna Navratri Mahotsav organisers and BIBA Goa reserve the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend the voucher scheme without prior notice.

  • In case of disputes, the decision of BIBA Goa and the organisers shall be final and binding.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • Organisers are facilitators only; redemption and service of the voucher are solely the responsibility of BIBA Goa.

  • Organisers and BIBA Goa shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or misuse arising from the use of the voucher.
